Greystone Beach House and Whitestone Beach House rent from Saturday to Saturday

• Check-in time 4:00 p.m. EST

• Check-out time 10:00 a.m. EST

• Guests are permitted at the cottage during the day however, all overnight guests must be registered on the rental contract and the total number of overnight occupants may not exceed the maximum occupancy number stated on the rental contract.

• Quiet Hours are 10:00 p.m. EST to 9 a.m. EST. No loud music anytime.

• The cottage is dog friendly. Dogs are allowed at each of the cottages up to a maximum of 2 (fee applies). Please indicate your desire to include your dog(s) at the time of booking. Dogs are not to be left alone in the cottage for long periods of time. If you are leaving the property and cannot take your dog(s) with you, you must confine them to a space, indoors, where they will be comfortable and cannot cause damage. At no time shall dogs be left alone outside. When you are at the cottage, your dog(s) may be outside but they must be tied up or on a leash and they must be supervised. Dogs must be walked on a leash when off-property. No other types of pets are allowed.

• The cottage does not have a land line. Wireless internet is available at no extra charge. It is useful for checking email and for browsing the internet, however, due to the rural connection, there are bandwidth restrictions, so online gaming and video streaming are not recommended and will result in slower downloading times.

• Smoking Policy - There is to be no smoking or vaping of any substance in the cottage or within 10 metres of any entrance door or window. There is to be no consumption of marijuana or any other drugs on or around the property.

• Excessive drinking or profane language will not be tolerated. Parties are not allowed on the property.

• Firearms, air guns, slingshots and FIREWORKS are not allowed on the property at any time.

• Trailers and tents are not to be parked or erected on the property.

• Vehicles are left on the property at owner's own risk.

• Please leave the cottage the way you found it. Please ensure that all furniture and accessories are in the same place inside and outside the property as originally found upon arrival. Please do not move inside furniture outside. Items from the cottages, or the property, are not to be used on the beach. Please bring your own beach gear.

• All occupants or guests are to follow the above rules plus any others provided by the property management company on your rental contract or in the cottages.
